Strawberry Cream Cheese Crêpes

Trick-or-Treat(ers) along with the chilly October weather left us in the mood for dessert crêpes. Remembering how delicious a strawberry and cream cheese filling had been previously, I quickly referenced Google and used Martha Stewart as a reference.

  • 8 ounces (1 package) cream cheese
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cup strawberries (or more)
  1. Blend first four ingredients until smooth.
  2. Mix in cut strawberries with a spoon.
  3. Spread on crêpes (about 1/4 cup or more as desired).
  4. Top with powdered sugar, shredded dark chocolate, Reddi Whip, ect.
Note: This recipe is just for the filling. Use a favorite crêpe recipe. The one I used is posted as "Crêpes (Marscapone)".
