
Trick-or-Treat(ers) along with the chilly October weather left us in the mood for dessert crêpes. Remembering how delicious a strawberry and cream cheese filling had been previously, I quickly referenced Google and used
Martha Stewart as a reference.
- 8 ounces (1 package) cream cheese
- 2 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cup strawberries (or more)
- Blend first four ingredients until smooth.
- Mix in cut strawberries with a spoon.
- Spread on crêpes (about 1/4 cup or more as desired).
- Top with powdered sugar, shredded dark chocolate, Reddi Whip, ect.
Note: This recipe is just for the filling. Use a favorite crêpe recipe. The one I used is posted as "Crêpes (Marscapone)".
