And here is my first recipe.. no references! I think what really makes the recipe is the Black Bean and Salsa Bread (often found on sale at Meijer)
Servings: 2
- 3 Eggs
- 1/3 Cup Sausage (Butterball: Everyday Turkey Smoked Sausage)
- 7 slices Bread (Panne Provincio: Black Bean and Salsa)
- 1/2 Cup Cheese (Mexican 4 Cheese Blend)
- 1/2 Cup Salsa (Pace Picante)
- Slice & quarter the sausage and to the eggs and cook - scramble
- Lay out the 6 slices of bread on a pizza pan or cookie sheet
- Spread salsa on each slice of bread
- Top with scrambled eggs/sausage
- Add cheese on top
- Toast in the oven (I just set to 350) for 5-10 minutes until browned
- Eat!
